A New Me
Instead of the usual Etsy Tuesday post, which I haven't gotten around to doing because I was super busy this week (motocross race, trip to the coast and IKEA, the over 100 degree heat, way too much!) I've been trying to lose weight and be healthy practically all my life with minimal success, and all the while having a thyroid condition that makes it nearly impossible to lose weight. I really want to be proud of that girl in the mirror and am now making this challenge public so people can hold me to it! I really need motivation to get results so im pleased to announce that I have a goal to lose 10 lbs (or a few pant sizes) by the end of the summer. At first it was 40 by the end of the year, but I'd rather take small steps. I hope to do this by eating healthy, cooking often and staying conscious of what I'm doing to my body. Exercising is hugely important and am looking to friends and coworkers to do it with me too. So please give me tips/tricks (I'm not a diet kind of girl, im looking for a lifestyle change) and I will check in on my progress!

As your sister, I love you unconditionally. We all know I lost a ton of weight so it's totally possible!
1. Don't snack. Ever.
2. Don't eat crap. Ever.
3. Don't think about it too much or you get hungry. Counterintuitive.
